Description
Apple Michelin
Raised in Normandy in the late 19th century, Apple Michelin is a mid-season bitter-sweet cider apple. The fruit is medium-sized and green; the juice is low in acidity but high in sugars and tannins, and mainly used for blending. Small tree, coming early into bearing; a spur-bearer. Very heavy and reliable cropper, grown commercially and particularly suitable for blending. Some resistance to scab.
