A historic Astilbe cultivar introduced in 1917, ‘Betsy Cuperus’ produces graceful, arching plumes of blush-pink flowers in July. The airy blooms rise above attractive green foliage, adding height, movement, and soft color to shaded garden spaces.

Growing about 36 inches tall, this variety works well toward the middle or back of shade borders, in woodland gardens, or near ponds and water features where the soil stays consistently moist.
