Description

Frosty crests are velvety, even on their stems. These are very pretty little crests to have in your collection. This one has some pastel leaves sprinkling in. The mature leaves will do this as they start to die (the ridge constantly pushes through new growth and consumes older growth to create more of a crest with age). The ridge on this crest is measuring in at about 4.5″ across. Fan stem is slightly curved and may need support until it is full rooted. The stem is starting to put out a few fresh root starts. This particular plant will put out roots on the velvet stem until it has mature roots started. You can pluck these off, or mist them to help her establish a bit faster.
